Site Information
New Russia Township Park and Nature Preserve is a beautiful township park with three pavilions, walking paths, large grassy areas, and playgrounds and restrooms.
Three covered pavilions offer picnic tables, and running water. All of the pavilions are in close proximity to the others but still allow ample space for various activities. Two restrooms have composting toilets and hand sanitizer. There is plenty of room for parking including a lot specifically for horse trailer parking. While the trees are not fully mature yet, they do provide some additional shade outside of the covered pavilions.
Day shades and other day camps are welcome. The park is pet friendly but all animals must remain on a leash and the owner is responsible for cleaning up after them.
